Other than the Introduction, the sessions are approximately an hour and a half long. Audio segments are stored in mpeg-3 format. *The time listed after the audio link is the approximate time to download the complete audio file using a 56K modem. The listener can start playing these files before the downloads have completed, however. Several Windows and Mac OS applications are available to allow the listener to play these segments.
